Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Step 1: Valley & Cross Folds
Start with your square origami paper flat on the table. Fold the corners toward the center to create sharp cross creases, then unfold it back to a flat square. - Step 2: Kite Fold
Rotate your paper so it looks like a diamond. Take both the left and right corners and fold them inward until the edges perfectly line up with the center crease. Your paper should now look like a neat kite. - Step 3: Fold Forehead Down
Take the sharp, top corner of your kite shape and fold it straight down. This simple fold instantly creates the flat forehead of our cute elephant. - Step 4: Fold Ears Outwards
Following the diagonal guide lines on the side flaps, fold both the left and right corners outward. Make sure they are symmetrical to give your elephant two large, perfect ears. - Step 5: Zig-zag Trunk Fold
